Revon

Privacy policy

Last updated September 18, 2026

Revon is run by CADEN K COLLINSWORTH d/b/a Revon ("we"). Local service businesses use it to send their own customers one text message asking for a review after a job. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Two kinds of people

Business users sign up for an account. Their customers are the people who receive a review request. For customer details, the business decides what to enter and why; we process it only on the business's instructions.

What we collect

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party scripts.

What we use it for

Only to run the service: sending the review request and one reminder, honouring opt-outs, showing the business its queue and replies, registering the business with carriers, keeping accounts secure, and meeting legal duties.

Text messaging

A customer is texted only after the business records that the customer agreed. Every message names the business and says how to opt out. Replying STOP ends messages from that business immediately and permanently; HELP returns help. Message and data rates may apply. At most two messages are sent per customer.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the messaging providers that deliver the message.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal information and never use one business's customers for another business. We share data only with: Twilio, which delivers the texts and handles carrier registration (with The Campaign Registry and mobile carriers); our hosting provider, which stores the database; and authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Each business can reach only its own records. Access is rate-limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Business users can export or delete their data under Setup. Customers can reply STOP at any time, and can ask the business that texted them, or us, to see or delete their details. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct or delete personal information; email us and we will respond within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell business users by email before it takes effect. Questions: Caden@collinsworthmarketing.com.
